Pass generation needs an internet connection, because passes are signed by our server. Check your connection and try again. If it keeps failing, email us with a rough time of the attempt so we can look into it.
Turn your screen brightness up and hold the phone flat. If a venue’s scanner still rejects it, the barcode format may not match what their system expects. Open the pass in Passora, edit the barcode, and try a different format (QR is the most widely accepted).
Starting a pass from a photo is a head start, not magic. Text recognition depends on the image, so some fields may come out wrong or empty. Tap any field on the pass preview to correct it.

Delete individual passes in the app, or delete the app to remove the whole library. Passes you added to Apple Wallet are removed from the Wallet app. There is no server-side data to delete.
Editing a pass in Passora creates a new signed version. Add the edited pass to Wallet again; it should replace the previous one. If you end up with two copies, remove the old one in Wallet.
